欢迎使用 DeedAlpha（以下称「本服务」）。注册账号或使用本服务，即表示您已阅读并同意本条款。
1. 服务内容
本服务根据您指定的美国上市公司股票代码，基于该公司向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的公开文件及公开市场信息，生成一份研究报告，并通过电子邮件发送和/或在站内提供阅读。报告为研究参考资料，不构成投资建议（详见免责声明）。
2. 账号
您需使用有效的电子邮箱注册并完成验证后方可使用本服务。您应妥善保管账号凭据，账号下的操作视为您本人的行为。我们可能对长期未验证的账号予以清理。
3. 点数与付费
本服务采用预付点数制：您先购买点数，提交每份报告时按当时公布的点数扣除。点数价格与每份报告所需点数以充值页当时显示为准，我们可能调整定价，调整不影响已购买的点数。点数不可转让，不可兑换为现金，除本条款另有约定外不予退还。付款由 Stripe 处理，我们不存储您的银行卡信息。
4. 取消与退回
提交报告请求后约 1 分钟内（以订单页显示为准），您可在订单页取消，点数全额退回。超过该时限后报告开始生成，不可取消。若报告因我们的原因未能生成（含标的不在覆盖范围内），点数自动退回您的账户。
5. 使用限制
报告仅供您个人研究使用。未经我们书面许可，您不得转售、公开发布、批量传播报告内容，或将本服务用于任何违法用途。您不得以自动化手段大量请求本服务或干扰其正常运行。
6. 知识产权
报告的编排、分析框架及网站内容的知识产权归我们所有。报告中引用的第三方数据与新闻，其权利归各自权利人所有。
7. 免责与责任限制
本服务按「现状」提供。我们不保证报告内容的完整性、准确性或及时性，亦不保证服务不中断。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对您因使用本服务或依赖报告内容而产生的任何损失不承担责任；无论如何，我们的全部责任以您为相关报告实际支付的点数对应金额为限。
8. 条款变更与终止
我们可能更新本条款，更新后会在本页标注日期；您继续使用即视为接受。若您严重违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止您的账号。

Terms of Service
Welcome to DeedAlpha (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. The Service
For a US-listed company you specify by ticker, the Service produces a research report built on the company's public filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and public market information, delivered by email and/or readable on the site. Reports are research reference material and do not constitute investment advice (see the Disclaimer).
2. Accounts
You must register with a valid email address and verify it before using the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials; activity under your account is treated as your own. Accounts left unverified for an extended period may be removed.
3. Points and payment
The Service uses prepaid points: you purchase points first, and the published number of points is deducted when you submit each report request. Point prices and the points required per report are as displayed on the top-up page at the time; we may adjust pricing, which does not affect points already purchased. Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except as stated in these terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Within about 1 minute of submitting a report request (as shown on the orders page), you may cancel from the orders page for a full refund of points. After that window the report begins generating and cannot be cancelled. If a report cannot be produced for reasons on our side (including the company being outside coverage), points are refunded to your account automatically.
5. Acceptable use
Reports are for your personal research use. Without our written permission you may not resell, publish, or mass-distribute report content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You may not use automated means to make bulk requests or interfere with the Service's operation.
6. Intellectual property
The structure, analytical framework and site content are owned by us. Third-party data and news cited in reports remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of report content, nor uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on report content; in any event our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the points corresponding to the relevant report.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will note the date on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.
