欢迎使用 DeedAlpha（以下称「本服务」）。注册账号或使用本服务，即表示您已阅读并同意本条款。
1. 服务内容
本服务根据您指定的美国上市公司股票代码，基于该公司向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的公开文件及公开市场信息，生成研究报告，并通过电子邮件发送和/或在站内提供阅读；订阅股票追踪服务后，您可录入持仓与关注，查看每日两版、提醒邮件与周报。上述内容均为研究参考资料，不构成投资建议（详见免责声明）。
2. 账号
您需使用有效的电子邮箱注册并完成验证后方可使用本服务。您应妥善保管账号凭据，账号下的操作视为您本人的行为。我们可能对长期未验证的账号予以清理。
3. 点数与按篇付费
研究报告采用预付点数制：您先购买点数，提交每份报告时按当时公布的点数扣除。点数价格与每份报告所需点数以收费页当时显示为准，我们可能调整定价，调整不影响已购买的点数。按篇月订阅（银行卡）按月自动续费；微信付款的 30 天月卡不自动续费。点数不可转让；除删除账户时按本条款退还外，点数不可兑换为现金，除本条款另有约定外不予退还。付款由 Stripe 处理，我们不存储您的银行卡信息。
4. 研究报告的取消与退回
提交报告请求后约 1 分钟内（以订单页显示为准），您可在订单页取消，点数全额退回。超过该时限后报告开始生成，不可取消。若报告因我们的原因未能生成（含标的不在覆盖范围内），点数自动退回您的账户。
5. 股票追踪订阅（按月）
- 档位：Starter（每月多追踪 1 只）、Max（5 只）、Pro（15 只）、Ultra（50 只），价格以收费页为准。
- 自动续费：银行卡订阅按月自动续费，每期开始时扣款；微信付款为 30 天，不自动续费。
- 取消：您可随时在「订阅」页取消。取消后可用到这一期结束，不退还这一期已付款项（删除账户除外，见第 6 条）。升档当期按比例补差价；降档自下一期起生效，不退款。
- 可追踪数量：持仓与关注的股票合计不超过所订档位的可追踪数量。每个账单周期可调整一次，移出的股票锁定为只读，不计入可追踪数量。订阅结束后，组合中的持仓与关注将全部删除。
- 7 天免费试用：试用需先绑定银行卡；7 天内取消不扣款；试用到期自动转为 Max 按月订阅并开始扣款。每个账号限试用一次，同一张银行卡也只能试用一次。
6. 删除账户与退款
您可在“设置 › 数据”中删除账户。删除前，我们将未使用的付费部分原路退还：一次购买的篇数包按未使用篇数 × 当初单价计算；按月订阅（含按篇月订阅、股票追踪订阅与微信 30 天月卡）按这一期付款 × 剩余天数 ÷ 这一期天数计算，剩余天数按整天向下取整。金额以分为单位向下取整，不扣除手续费。试用期内、赠送的篇数或档位、扣款失败未付成的一期不涉及退款。超过 180 天的微信付款无法原路退回；找不到原付款记录的款项无法原路退回；确认页会逐笔列明。全部退款完成后才删除账户；银行卡退款通常 5–10 个工作日到账，微信退款以微信通知为准。
7. 使用限制
报告与页面内容仅供您个人研究使用。未经我们书面许可，您不得转售、公开发布、批量传播相关内容，或将本服务用于任何违法用途。您不得以自动化手段大量请求本服务或干扰其正常运行。
8. 知识产权
报告的编排、分析框架及网站内容的知识产权归我们所有。报告中引用的第三方数据与新闻，其权利归各自权利人所有。
9. 免责与责任限制
本服务按「现状」提供。我们不保证内容的完整性、准确性或及时性，亦不保证服务不中断。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对您因使用本服务或依赖相关内容而产生的任何损失不承担责任；无论如何，我们的全部责任以您为相关服务实际支付的金额为限。
10. 条款变更与终止
我们可能更新本条款，更新后会在本页标注日期；您继续使用即视为接受。若您严重违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止您的账号。

Terms of Service
Welcome to DeedAlpha (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. The Service
For a US-listed company you specify by ticker, the Service produces research reports built on the company's public filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and public market information, delivered by email and/or readable on the site. With a monthly tracking subscription you can enter holdings and a watchlist and see daily notes, alert emails and weekly reports. All of this is research reference material and does not constitute investment advice (see the Disclaimer).
2. Accounts
You must register with a valid email address and verify it before using the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials; activity under your account is treated as your own. Accounts left unverified for an extended period may be removed.
3. Points and per-report payment
Research reports use prepaid points: you purchase points first, and the published number of points is deducted when you submit each report request. Point prices and the points required per report are as displayed on the pricing page at the time; we may adjust pricing, which does not affect points already purchased. The per-report monthly subscription (card) renews automatically each month; the 30-day pass paid by WeChat Pay does not renew. Points are non-transferable. Except for refunds on account deletion under these terms, points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
4. Cancelling research reports
Within about 1 minute of submitting a report request (as shown on the orders page), you may cancel from the orders page for a full refund of points. After that window the report begins generating and cannot be cancelled. If a report cannot be produced for reasons on our side (including the company being outside coverage), points are refunded to your account automatically.
5. Monthly tracking subscription
- Plans: Starter (1 more ticker per month), Max (5 tickers), Pro (15 tickers) and Ultra (50 tickers), at the prices shown on the pricing page.
- Automatic renewal: card subscriptions renew automatically each month and are charged at the start of each period; WeChat Pay covers 30 days and does not renew.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time on the Subscribe page. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current period, and there is no refund for the current period (except on account deletion, see section 6). Upgrades are charged pro rata for the current period; downgrades take effect from the next period with no refund.
- Tracking limit: holdings and watchlist together stay within the number of tickers your plan covers. You can adjust once per billing period; tickers you remove are locked as read-only and no longer count toward your limit. When the subscription ends, the holdings and watchlist in your portfolio are deleted.
- 7-day free trial: the trial requires a card on file; cancel within 7 days and you will not be charged; when the trial ends it converts to a monthly Max subscription and billing starts. One trial per account, and one trial per card.
6. Account deletion and refunds
You can delete your account under Settings › Data. Before deletion, we refund unused paid amounts to the original payment method: a one-time report pack is refunded for the unused reports at the original unit price; a monthly subscription (including the per-report monthly subscription, the tracking subscription and the 30-day WeChat Pay pass) is refunded as this period's payment × days remaining ÷ days in the period, with days remaining rounded down to whole days. Amounts are rounded down to the cent, with no fees deducted. Trials, gifted reports or plans, and a period whose charge failed involve no refund. WeChat Pay payments older than 180 days cannot be refunded to the original method, and payments whose original payment record cannot be found cannot be refunded to the original method; the confirmation page lists each one. Your account is deleted only after all refunds have gone through. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days; WeChat Pay refunds follow WeChat's notification.
7. Acceptable use
Reports and page content are for your personal research use. Without our written permission you may not resell, publish, or mass-distribute such content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You may not use automated means to make bulk requests or interfere with the Service's operation.
8. Intellectual property
The structure, analytical framework and site content are owned by us. Third-party data and news cited in reports remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of content, nor uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content; in any event our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant service.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will note the date on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.
